This is a group for people interested in Computational Fluid Dynamics - also known as CFD. We meet to discuss all aspects of CFD, such as fluid dynamics theory, experimental validation, CFD software development, CFD application examples and business perspectives. Speakers will talk for 20-30 mins and each meetup will consist of 2 talks. Speakers are from universities (including students), government agencies, consultancies and service/training providers.
All skill levels are welcomed, and we actively encourage students to attend to network, and ask questions about their own CFD cases - a time slot at the end is allowed for where students can pitch their own questions and have people answer either directly or afterwards.
Our second MCFDM will consist of two talks on Computational Fluid Dynamics.
The agenda is as follows:
545pm: Arrive, with refreshments available (pizza ordered).
6pm: 2 speakers 30 mins for the presentation and questions
7pm: The talks will be followed by refreshments and pizza!
Many thanks to ATD International (Fieldview) and Applied CCM (Pointwise) for managing and hosting the event, and providing pizza.
