How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Not fully understanding what you have is the sin of many organisations and not allowing what you have to flourish is a fault, I am not sure many organisations fully understand the knowledge netowrk, how it operates and what makes it work, if they did they may try and management it and ultimately it would die because somebody would want to measure it and quantify the business benefits.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Good KM practice is about allowing Knowledge to be available and to be visible, to be valued but not overly protected, not to be the ownership of individuals but individuals to freely encouraged to share their experience, knoledge and expertise with others unconditionally.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

I am currently working for AECOM in a technical role and have been in Melbourne for just over 12 months, working on a 457 Visa. I was involved in the Henley Business School KM Forum in the UK before coming to Australia
