How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

A firm’s competitive advantage truly depends more than anything on its knowledge. An organisation that forgets is an organisation that is doomed to fail as it tries to regain what it knew before it can know something new.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Honestly, I'm not sure. KM can't just be about data, facts, information. It has to capture the mix of framed experiences, values, contextual information, and expert insights -- and then passes those onto others. I'm not sure if there is a good practice that does this well.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?
