Executing on the Promise of an Agile Enterprise

Details

Is your organisation really executing on the promise of agile?

What are some of the practices and planning cycles of an agile enterprise, and how do we avoid the chaos of isolated Scrum teams?

We look at the principles of planning and cadence through an example of a high performing delivery organisation, specifically at setting priorities, capacity planning and developing a successful execution plan.

Principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (http://www.scaledagileframework.com/) will be discussed. SAFe helps businesses address the significant challenges of developing and delivering projects and systems in the shortest sustainable lead time. It is an online, freely revealed knowledge base of proven success patterns for implementing Lean-Agile software and systems at enterprise scale.

Presenter: Paul Eames, Senior Principal Transformation Consultant (Agile Business Unit), CA Technologies
