Melbourne Coding Club Pages

Founded by winners of a couple of hackathons, The Creative Coding Club is here to accommodate your coding aspirations.

At the moment we want to focus on the 4C Melbourne suburbs of Caulfield Carnegie and Chadstone, because we believe that between Monash University Caulfield and Clayton and surrounding areas, there are thousands of creative geeks, tinkerers, makers, coders, programmers, developers, and hobbyists like you and us that are desperately looking for a place to engage, share, learn and develop. Physically not just online.

We support innovations. We support early education for teenagers who lean towards the STEM curriculum, or get some hints about it. We also support hobbyists and professional who really want harness the power of Internet of Things with hands-on approach.

And through our innovative thinking and practical coding workshops, you could really present your ideas and challenge each other using the stuff and knowledge that you already have with you.

Just imagine:
1. Door bells that send picture of your guest
2. Automated cat feeder
3. Mobile phone remote control car
4. Self-driving robots
5. Wearable devices
6. Climate condition of your garden that gets shown on your personal websites
7. We're sure you can suggest more

All these things have one thing in common in their 'brain': codes!

And coding is what you will do a lot in this club. Let's get coding!
