Concepts and (Controversial) Core Guidelines

This month, Paul Rooney will be presenting a talk on Concepts in C++

Also, we want to have a few short talks on topics from the C++ Core Guidelines (http://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines), so please:

• pick a guideline (ideally one that you suspect might be a bit controversial)
• add a comment below to let us know when guideline you've chosen, and
• prepare a very short talk (don't need any slides (but feel free if you want to); some sample code or verbal explanation will do)

Note, preparing a quick talk is entirely optional - please come along regardless :)

Doors open: 5:30pm for a 6pm start.

Note: after 6pm, you will need to add comment below, or in Slack (https://melbournecpp.slack.com/) (use this form (https://goo.gl/forms/GwK1pIzzXHFnAa8b2) to join) to get through the automatic glass door (shown in red below) on Level 24. After 6:30pm the elevators won't allow you up to Level 24 anymore.
