What we're about

If you are the type of bloke that would not be seen dead in a dance or yoga studio but are curious about exploring either, then I would very much like to invite you to...

A truly 'first of its kind', groundbreaking 3 hour introductory workshop in men’s integrated wellbeing. Through a unique fusion of “blokey” inspired Yoga (Broga) and mixed solo dancing and brotherhood. My aim, with the help of my team, is to create a safe, supportive and fun space where us guys can step out of our comfort zones and explore the inter-dependence of our physical and emotional health. From my own life experiences I have come to appreciate the power and value of connecting the physical with the emotional.

The 3 hour workshop will be taught in a very down to earth, simple and straight forward manner. No Om'ing, chanting or woo-woo spiritual mumbo jumbo!

However, it will be for some, either physically, mentally or emotionally challenging. But it will also be invigorating, enlightening and of course full of fun and laughs. After many years of teaching men to dance and more recently yoga, I am very familiar with the challenges that men face doing both yoga and dance and hence I will be tailoring the workshop accordingly.

For those attending you are invited to submit a song choice, which you have always wanted to dance to, either solo or with your partner, from which I will choose a selection to use as part of the workshop. This can be emailed to me at andrew@dancesavoirfaire.com

The last hour is a chance for us to sit and share openly about what it means to be a man in 2020 and how the workshop may have challenged, helped, inspired, or uncovered something about you that you did not know.
