We've decided to wait on offering any classes until we are able to do this again in-person. The virtual format of live-streaming classes does not seem to be the best fit for this class. This group is intended as a safe place for guys who are interested in the benefits of yoga, but not may not necessarily feel comfortable going into a traditional yoga studio. The sessions will focus on finding more ease in movement, building strength, creating flexibility, and learning some breathing techniques.
It's open to everyone. It doesn't matter if your brand new to yoga, or already have experience. It doesn't matter if you can touch your toes.
The sessions are geared towards the 'male' body, but it is not based on any gender identity. All beings are welcome to join. To get the full benefits of yoga, it's recommended to try and practice twice a week, but of course you can join in anytime.
