*FALL 2021 UPDATE*

It's been a while... as you may have heard, we had to close the doors to our studio in downtown Durham last year due to COVID. We then ended up losing the physical space :( For the past 1.5 years we've been offering some classes outdoors and over Zoom. Neither of these formats felt like the right place to offer Yoga for Men. 

But now we are very excited to announce that we finally have a new space! It's located on Chapel Hill Road, in the Lakewood neighborhood of Durham. We are currently in the process of renovation, and hope to open our doors in January 2022. Once we open we will definitely have a Yoga for Men's class on the schedule. I will keep you posted!

This group is intended as a safe place for men who are interested in the benefits of yoga, but not may not necessarily feel comfortable going into a traditional yoga studio. The sessions will focus on finding more ease in movement, building strength, creating flexibility, and learning some breathing techniques.

It's open to everyone. It doesn't matter if your brand new to yoga, or already have experience. It doesn't matter if you can touch your toes.


The sessions are geared towards the male body ("Assigned Male at Birth") and people who identify as male.
