I'm starting a meeting up group to create chilled out, fun and affordable social opportunities for people who have had similar experiences. This group is great for anyone who may have experienced isolation following a mental health crisis or been impacted by this issue. Anything from shyness and anxiety through to depression and psychosis.
Activities will range from lunch, cinema, skating, chilling in the park, cocktails in the garden and maybe even short breaks. The group will be based in south London but everyone is welcome.
