This group is for anyone interested in cycling for cardio exercise, health, and fitness? Do you find it easier to show up and ride when you make a commitment and are meeting people? Do want to join other cyclists for non-competitive, mutually supportive fitness rides? My answer to these questions is yes. I stumbled upon the site meetup.com and decided to try it out by starting a cycling group in the Mercer Island area. My thoughts are to start by meeting cycling around Mercer Island. Once established, we can mix it up and add different rides as the group desires.
