Attention WOMEN: Making friends as an adult is not easy. Yet, we are designed to be a part of a community, we crave it. We desire to be known, to be heard, to be accepted, to be welcomed and to be loved. This Embrace group will give space for women to experience this! This group will help women to be connected to a community that accepts them where they are in life: single, wife, mother, grandmother, single-mother, married with no kids – there’s a place for you in Embrace. Embrace groups are designed to meet once a month, on a day that works best for each group, for up to two hours at a time. The intended format of Embrace is to share a meal together and then engage in guided discussion with provided questions/challenges to help open up the doors of sharing and vulnerability – creating true sisterhood.
Join us for relaxing night of pizza & the movie “Breakthrough.” Here’s a description of the movie: “Tragedy strikes when Joyce Smith's adopted son, John, falls through the ice on a frozen lake in Missouri. Trapped underwater for more than 15 minutes, rescuers bring John back to the surface and rush him to the nearest hospital. While doctors fear the worst, the 14-year-old boy continues to fight for his life as Joyce, her husband and their pastor stay by his bedside and pray for a miracle.” We look forward to seeing you!
