I sure did! And yes, I am able to complete the exercises listed there.
Looking to learn new ways of moving my body so I can remain healthy and nimble. Would be really cool to make friends in the process who have similar goals!
I am by no means an expert in any field. I practice Martial Arts and Latin dancing. I'm also into experimenting with nutrition and observing my body's reactions.

Back in May of 2011, as I sat in my car pondering about life on a random Tuesday night, I suddenly felt the urge to start MOVING my body. I listened and I acted. Fast-forward to today, and I am undoubtedly a much HEALTHIER and HAPPIER person.
