I envision the members to grow and learn together at their own individual pace as a community to help make their bodies/minds more functional & at the same time become more healthy & happy. I hope members will make their own (more local) groups too.

I was settling into my middle-age but discovered I felt my body and mind was gradually falling apart! Then I read about le Methode Naturelle. I Googled & figured out this is pretty basic stuff--an excellent example of "Occam's Razor"!
Loved it! Warm-up: We included minimalist-specific stretches for the Achilles tendon, gastrocnemius, and soleus muscles. Adventure Time: was mostly in the dark which added to the difficulty. Focus Session: negative chin ups are a great way to quickly build strength to perform regular chin ups and pull ups. Homework: try doing 10 tumbles by yourself in SUPER SLOW MO :)
