This is a group for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Join us for a high-energy and fun outdoor fitness class/bootcamp. Perfect for all fitness levels and those over 18. We will run trails and incorporate body weight exercises that will help lose body fat, increase your endurance and boost energy levels. We always have fun, train hard and laugh and work together as a team. Led by a certified personal trainer who will keep you motivated and help you get in the best shape of your life!
Each week we will meet at a predetermined location, with each week being a different location to keep the workouts challenging and fresh. All will be within a 15 mile radius of Methuen. Please remember to RSVP and check the calendar weekly!
