Casecomps is hosting a free design thinking session at Metis to teach critical design thinking techniques to passionate data experts, UI/UX designers, and business strategists. Pizza will be provided.
What you’ll do: Apply real design thinking techniques to help Ergo Impact, an mHub startup, identify how it can effectively scale with corporate partners. Participants will be broken into teams, walked through design thinking activities, and present solutions at the end of the event. Winning teams of the friendly competition will receive tours of mHub, Chicago’s physical product accelerator.
5:30 to 6pm: Check-in, networking, & grab pizza
6 to 6:15pm: Casecomps & challenge introduction
6:15 to 7:45pm: Design thinking activites
7:45 to 8pm: Presentations & networking

This event is hosted by Casecomps, an 1871 startup focused on connecting passionate individuals with corporations through business competitions, and Ergo Impact, an mHub startup who specializes in bringing ergonomic design into the workplace.
The session will be led by Michael Kokot, an Accenture consultant and founder of Casecomps.
