Come join us for food and drinks as the Metis team walks you through a sampling of what students learn during their 12 weeks of project-based data science work. You'll also hear a capstone project from alumni and learn about how to prepare, what to expect, and what happens after you attend the Metis Data Science Bootcamp.

About our Guest Alumni
Chintan Sumaria is a Data Scientist at Soothsayer Analytics. He has experience working with large data-sets using Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn etc), SQL, NoSQL, Hive etc. He has experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning models and Visualization techniques (Tableau, PowerBI, Matplotlib, Bokeh, d3 js etc). He also has 5+ years of doctoral experience with the scientific method and data analysis.
Peter Min is a June 2018 graduate of Metis. He graduated in 2017 from the University of California San Diego with a Master's Degree in Bioengineering. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering: Biotechnology from the University of California San Diego in 2014.
