Kaplan Professional (part of Kaplan Learning Institute), in collaboration with Metis U.S., will be hosting a One Day Bootcamp so you can experience what the Metis Data Science Bootcamp @ Kaplan is really like!
You will receive a free interactive training session in Python and data modelling.
Start the day with an introduction to Python and discover what is needed to build a model with data.
After lunch (which is provided), you will be presented with the dataset for the day, and learn how to load, clean and prepare it with Pandas - a main feature of the Python Data Science Toolkit.
This is followed by an introduction to Scikit Learn - a module for machine learning - and progress to working in groups to build a model using data that you've already worked on.
Finally, you will get the opportunity to share your results in a short presentation demonstrating the model and data.
