What we're about

Metro Detroit Nonviolent Communication Open Practice Group

This is a spontaneous Empathy Community and Practice Group that meets twice monthly in the Metro Detroit area. It's for folks who would like to give, receive, grow and support ourselves and others in the practice of Empathy.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is often readily understood, yet can be challenging to put into practice. To help you bring NVC into your daily life, we are holding an Open Practice Group where you can develop your skills through the use of practice exercises, role-plays and the sharing of your struggles and successes with others.
