Join us every Tuesday and Thursday night for a free High-Intensity-Interval workout focusing on body weight calisthenics, core/abs, and upper-body strengthening exercises to help you dominate those obstacles course races! Look for us at one of the two monkey bars areas in Jose Marti Park, 351 SW 4th Ave, Miami, FL 33144.

It's a quick 1-hour workout, with 2 rounds of 14 stations, and 1 speed round!

Saturday Free Triathlon Training with GoRun Project

Batch Gastropub

FREE Triathlon training! Meet us on your bicycle at 6:20 AM Saturday mornings at Batch Gastropub in Brickell. We'll bike to either South Beach or to Key Biscayne, alternating every other week, and riding at a moderate pace.

Once there, we swim, bike and run for 30 minutes each, everyone at their own pace.

Afterwards we often grab breakfast together!
