For centuries we have used powerful Breathwork to facilitate transformation and to journey through the seven stages of awareness. In this two hour workshop, explore your breath, breathe deeply and consciously as Lorraine combines esoteric music, Reiki energy healing and her unique ability to connect you to your true nature and facilitate you to experience the release or resolution of stress, anxiety, old fears or patterning.

This is your opportunity to delve deeply into the center of your consciousness and discover what has been holding you back or limiting your potential. This breath work offers the possibility to move beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary for those who are prepared. Lorraine holds sacred space and creates an environment of safety and presence. The Breathwork is performed lying down on meditation pillows, come dressed in layers and bring socks. Assuring the body is comfortable is key to this practice.
