For this one we will first relax a bit through healing sound and movement then settle down even deeper with meditation techniques that facilitate harmony, balance and healing in the root chakra. You'll leave feeling grounded, happy in your body and perhaps have a new outlook on what you're creating in your life! You'll "take control" of your energy so you can feel free to let go and let the Universe show you all the beautiful possibilities you've been too busy to see!
