This fun and educational Everglades (Shark Valley) photographic workshop combines 3 parts, first a 2 hours PowerPoint presentation class on landscape and wildlife photography, using your tripod, zoom lenses vs. wide-angle lenses and creating color vs. black and white images. Artist Talk: Mark Surloff present : Seeing ! Miami Photo Center is pleased to announce that Mark Surloff will be our first feature photographer of the year. His black and white work is collected by individuals world-wide and is part of permanent collections at the Baltimore Museum of Art, Miami Museum of Art, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, New Orleans Museum of Art, Berkshire Museum and Cincinnati Museum of Art. Today Mark prints through the digital media. This allows further control unachievable with silver, while maintaining the very tonal qualities that brought him to photography years ago.
