Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) is now Azure DevOps. In this meetup we'll take a look at what's new and how Azure Devops is your one stop solution for your DevOps needs regardless of your platform, framework, language, be it on-prem or on the cloud.
This is the first part of a multi-part series on Azure DevOps. We will discuss the driving principles and practices required for a successful DevOps transformation and how Azure DevOps enables you to start in the right direction.

Harish Agarwal covers Microsoft's journey to cloud cadence. Harish drills into the culture changes as they moved to Azure DevOps (VSTS) from a slower-moving world of on-premise software (TFS).He goes through the sequence of steps they took, and that you can take as you become proficient at DevOps. Harish covers team structures, agile transformation and lessons learnt running a 24*7 SaaS offering on the cloud.

Girish will demonstrate how easy it is to configure Continuous Integration with Azure Pipelines with a easy to follow demo.
