What we're about

This is a group for people who are interested to learn about the Cloud, specifically Microsoft Azure. Anything to do with Azure we will talk about it here. We are not specific to any technology just Azure, we will talk about hosting any kind of tool, technology, solution and product on Azure whether it be open source or not.

All the events are FREE. We will schedule at least one meetup every month on Saturday 17:00 Pakistan Standard Time. The meetup sessions would be around 01:00 to 02:00 hours.

The meetup sessions can also be organized in other times depending on the availability of speaker and to respect their schedule.

As an Azure Data Tech group, the organizers of this meetup abide by a Code Of Conduct, because it's the nice thing to do. We think our members should too.

A copy of the Code Of Conduct we have adopted can be found here (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure-tech-groups/code-of-conduct), and it essentially comes down to being respectful to each other.

Feel free to reach out to organizers if you would like to be a speaker in one of the upcoming sessions.

How to set up an ML data labeling pipeline: best practices and examples

Supervised Machine Learning projects typically require labeled data to train the algorithms. You want to use high-quality data that corresponds to the problem you are trying to solve. But how do you obtain this kind of data?

In this session, Magda will show you how to build data labeling pipelines through crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing is a scalable approach that can be applied to a variety of domains. Magda will share some examples of real-life labeling projects and show you what best practices to apply in the process.

Magdalena is a Data Evangelist at Toloka which is a global data labeling company servicing the needs of approximately 2,000 large and small businesses worldwide. Magdalena’s background is in Artificial Intelligence and she holds a Master's degree in this field from Edinburgh University.
