This is a group for anyone who wants to connect with the Microsoft Dynamics community. Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM and 365 users will converge at times or meet individually to discuss industry topics, learn and share ideas and to uniquely engage. Partners, Customers, ISV's and everyone in-between can connect to share ideas and meet in person for some great networking.
These Meetups are an in person division of the Dynamics User group, our industry's longest running independent Microsoft Dynamics community website. Founded in 1995, today DUG receives 80,000 unique visitors and over 250,000 page views per month.

Microsoft Organized Dynamics 365 ERP Agents Activation Workshop
200 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA, USJoin the Microsoft-organized Dynamics 365 ERP Agents Activation Workshop on Dec 19th, 10 AM–4 PM EST at Microsoft Atlanta Midtown Office. The session begins with a quick overview of out-of-the-box ERP Agents, including Finance Agents in M365, followed by the chance to activate the agents in your sandbox environment with support available. Agents covered: Supplier Communications, Account Reconciliation, Expense, Time, Approvals, and Finance Agents in M365.
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is ideal for Dynamics 365 users, administrators, and business or IT professionals who want to explore and activate ERP Agents in their sandbox environment. Please note, this is an Activation Workshop, so attendees should be prepared to install the agents.
✅ Workshop Prerequisites
To ensure you are fully prepared and can complete the agent activation process, please make sure you meet the following prerequisites:
- Review detailed prerequisites here: Microsoft LiveSend
- Microsoft Copilot Studio entitlements (pre-paid capacity or pay-as-you-go)
- Access to a sandbox environment with Finance, SCM, and Project Ops premium licenses
- Latest app versions (Finance and SCM must be 10.0.44 or later with all quality updates applied)
- Admin roles: Power Platform System Administrator and System Administrator (required for certain workshop steps)
- PPAC, Dataverse, F&O environment, and Mailbox must be in the same tenant
- We recommend utilizing a shared mailbox along with a dedicated user account (agent identity).
