What is this session about?

According to Gartner, conversational AI agents are named as top 3rd digital trend for 2020. Another research shows that bots are going to take over 25% of the retail operations across the world. Do you want to build the similar experience for this new user interface paradigm? If yes, then you’re at the right place! In this session, you will learn about the Microsoft Bot Framework and its latest offerings such as drag and drop, low-code developer tool aka Bot Framework Composer and how can you utilize this visual authoring canvas to build next gen bots. As we build a Flight Tracker demo on the fly, you will also get a chance to learn about essential design principles, handling interruptions in your conversations and integrating it with the Azure Functions / API (all without writing a single line of code) Lastly, you will also see how easy it is to deployed the same Flight Bot to Microsoft Teams. All in all, it’s going to be fun for those developers who are interested in developing bots and publishing it to the world.
