Building Web Services with Racket

Details
What is this session about?
Racket is a general purpose programming language based on the Scheme dialect of Lisp. In this talk, you'll get a brief introduction to Racket and also learn how you can use the language to build and deploy cloud-native web applications to containers and serverless environments.
Who is it aimed at?
This talk is for intermediate developers. Some prior knowledge of web technologies like APIs, containers (Docker), and serverless web services is nice to have. Some knowledge of Lisp / Racket programming language would be helpful as well, but not necessary.
Why you should attend?
Web developers looking to deploy web services to Azure in various environments (containers & serverless applications) would benefit from this session. Although the talk will be in Lisp, the concepts and patterns are applicable across various languages.
Speaker: Luis Quintanilla, Content Developer, Microsoft
