This session teaches you how to build a web-based game called “Happy, Sad, Angry” using Python along with some HTML and JavaScript running on Azure. The game selects an emotion that the user will attempt to mirror on their own face and then take a picture of that expression. Using the Microsoft Face API, the game detects which emotion you are showing—if it matches, you win!

Presented by: Jim Bennett, Senior Cloud Advocate

Jim is an academic developer advocate at Microsoft, spending his days playing with Python, AI, and IoT devices, as well as writing code and documentation for students, faculty, and makers.
