Mid Michigan Code Retreat (MMCR) is about practice, learning, and trying something new. We're not perfect, but with practice, we can become better.

The half day retreat format is done to give you some focused time and space to practice something, maybe something you haven't even tried before. We do this in order to sharpen the saw.

We learn best when paired in groups of people who have different ideas, thoughts, and approaches to unique problems or problem spaces.

The code retreat is about practice, not about delivering a product on deadline.
