From the Middle Georgia Real Estate Investors Association:

This month, we are learning to use insurance as alternate funding sources. Josh Lannu provides education in the use of multiple financial tools to clients to enhance wealth building activities. Josh specializes in the use of life insurance as a tool to assist with debt management, provide emergency funds, and provide liquidity to clients while simultaneously protecting against most of life's downturns.

The class will cover which types of life insurance contracts can be used for privatized banking, how the contract has to be designed, and the ways one can access the funds stored in the contract. This is a great low risk way to build wealth to retire on or lend with. Come network with like-minded people that can teach you as much or more than the classes.

The Middle Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) is hosting this class.
New comers to the REIA are free for the first visit and $5 per class after or $50 annually.
