What we're about

The mission of the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network (SWUGN) is to empower real people who use SOLIDWORKS products to collaborate with, learn from, and teach other. Connect with us anytime, anywhere, and on any device for in-depth technical conversations and face-to-face networking. We'll see you there!

We are open to all ages and abilities of SOLIDWORKS Users across the midlands and welsh border area. We are also hoping to run some virtual events so if you are further afield and still want to join feel free to come join us.

Are you or is someone you know a veteran of the UK military? If so, join this group and send us a message! We’d love to get to know you as a new member of our group, and talk about a special edition of SOLIDWORKS you can gain access to.

UK Solidworks Regional event - Pub Quiz

The Waterman

Hey members.

Get your thinking caps on, we are having a SOLIDWORKS pub quiz, and it will be in person!

We are excited to announce our first in person meeting since last year. We thought we would host a big event and involve all the other Solidworks User groups in the UK. Head over to Eventbrite to register.

This means for this event we won't be holding it in London but we will be hosting it in Cambridge. The home of the Dassault Systems UK Offices. We are also hosting it on a Saturday afternoon so it's easier for you to attend.

The event will be hosted at The Waterman In Cambridge in one of their private sections. There won't be any presentation of any sort. This is more of a networking event and we will be hosting a Solidworks themed Pub quiz.

For this event you need to be registered to attend as there is limited availability. Food and Drink will be provided for the event. When you arrive you will get 2 drink tokens to claim for Complimentary drinks. If you wish to order more it will be a cash bar. There will also be food supplied for all those who attend. This will be a Christmas themed Finger food Buffet.

Because all of the User groups in the UK are participating We are using Eventbrite to manage the attendees from a central location so please follow the link to register for the event. As there is limited availability, only register if you know you can make it and if you have to cancel please release your ticket to give someone else a chance to attend.

The venue is around a 10 minute drive or a 30 minute walk from Cambridge Train station
