What we're about

Have you read The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin? It's ok if you haven't. In a nutshell the author takes a year to make incremental changes geared toward building a happier life. She was not depressed, the realization that life is short compelled the project. "The days are long but the years are short." is a quote from the book.
We will follow the Happiness Project course and each member of the meetup will design thier very own happiness project.
