I did a talk last year at a few other meetups where I talked about how I started a 6 figure business in 60 days. People wanted a deeper version where I actually walk through the steps of critical path on a step by step version. This first meetup is the answer to that specific request. It's the same talk, but then we actually deep dive into doing a group critical path exercise, followed by doing one for yourselves. I'll also be building my own critical path to take my current business to 7 figures, and you can literally watch over my shoulder as I start building the blocks to move to 7.
