What we're about

This is a group for practicing various kinds of Meditative Techniques on Saturday mornings 8:30 am - 9:30 am at Milpitas Community Center.
We practice Observing our thoughts, reaching a No-thought state or silencing the mind.
We practice directing our thoughts to a constructive and more creative direction thus putting more energies to something positive and not on the fears. We open the possibilities this way of more fruitful manifestations.

Chakra Balancing and Strengthening Meditations based on breath and Chakra Chants, Self Body Scan and Healing the body, improving sleep, the Who Am I Meditations are few others.

We tune in our core fears, release them by re-programming our old belief patterns which are not serving our highest good. If needed we add tapping and affirmations in the sessions.
