What we're about

This is a group for anyone who enjoys meditation, shamanic journeying, drumming, the outdoors, being active, and living a healthy life.

This group was created as a network for connecting and building community as well as supporting fellow Wellness Professionals, Holistic Health practitioners, Entrepreneurs, and those who just love having a mind, body, soul connection. Our intention is to create a community of people who empower one another in all aspects of living more peaceful, healthy lifestyle.

We will facilitate and host various workshops and circles on meditation, health, wellness and personal development. Gather in circle, spend time outdoors in nature, attend retreats, get creative, grow our businesses, and support one another in their growth. If this sounds like your kind of vibe and tribe, we can't wait to meet up.

Compassionate Shamanic Circles

The Hilton Space-Mind, Body, Soul

Join me in this unique experience designed to help you live life more in tune with your souls truth by practicing the Shamanic Journey as a meditation in circle with others and leaning into (or jumping in fully) a 100% plant based/vegan life - Impeccable Soul Care! As a practicing shaman I realize on a deep level that I need to be around a community of like minded individuals on a regular basis and that many of you feel the need for deep connection. My intention with this circle is to create an environment that honors all life and all paths, sharing what works for me, in the hopes that a deep sense of community will expand. We will begin each circle with an introduction, then move into the journey's, share, and eat - all food for the soul! Cost is $20 per session, includes a plant-based lunch as well as a recording of the guided journey/meditation!

Shamanic/ Mystic Study Group

The Hilton Space-Mind, Body, Soul

$25.00

Dedicated to the study of ancient shamanic practices for 21 Century wisdom. Shamans, medicine people, mystics and spirit connectors have essential roles in many cultures. Almost every culture has history of wisdom keepers who worked within non ordinary reality for healing, insight and more - including the Mayans, the Celts, Andean, Africans, Russia, and Native Americans. Click the PayPaly Link to reserve your seat in the circle: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=JGXL3NU6WL27G This group will study cultural practices from all over the world beginning with "An Encyclopedia of Shamanism" written by Christina Pratt, which provides specific information on the concepts, practices and peoples of nearly 50 cultures. THIS IS OUR SECOND GATHERING - Open to all! Read more here: http://www.soulpractices.com/shamanicstudycircle We will also include Sandra Ingerman's new book, Ceremony. Although the book is not available until October 1, I have a review copy and Sandra's permission to share some of it within this circle. "Shamanism can be defined as the practice of initiated shamans who are distinguished by their mastery of a range of altered states of consciousness. Shamanism arises from the actions the shaman takes in non-ordinary reality and the results of those actions in ordinary reality. It is not a religion, yet it demands spiritual discipline and personal sacrifice from the mature shaman who seeks the highest stages of mystical development" THIS IS OUR SECOND GATHERING - Open to all! This month we will focus and share a few specific cultures and how we can include some of teachings in our own lives - how we can elevate our vibration to a new level, raising the vibration of the planet. You do NOT need the book as I will provide copy of any material we will study. As a shamanic practitioner, I am deeply curious and inspired to learn more about the teachings of our global brothers and sisters. My own ancestry is filled with "mystics" from different cultures, primarily Native American and Celtic traditions. Learning how to best serve my self, my community, my clients, and the spirit realm is an essential part of how to move through this reality with more grace, ease, and love! Cost $25
