Are you curious about the inner workings of your mind?
Mindfulness meditation allows us to explore ourselves intimately - to touch what is true about ourselves and the world around us, right now.
When we bring awareness to the present moment, we begin to cultivate a sense of deeper calm, safety and joy.
I am Kerry, a certified Mindfulness Teacher with a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, and I am the founder of Mind Over Monkey (www.mind-over-monkey.com (http://www.mind-over-monkey.com/)). I love bringing people together in an open and non-judgemental space to cultivate a closer, calmer and more joyful relationship with ourselves and with each other. I strongly feel that mindfulness with compassion is the antidote to suffering, as I have witnessed for myself and many, many others.
I run regular free sitting groups, as well as 8-week courses and one-day retreats in London. I also offer one-to-one coaching either in person or online. There are some free guided recordings on my website: http://www.mind-over-monkey.com/resources
THE VENUE: Most courses and sitting groups take place in London Waterloo, only a 5-min walk from the station. The room is simple but all cushions and yoga mats are provided.
