What we're about

Public Group

This is a group for people interested in mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction based in west London.

Everybody appreciates those moments when one is truly present and fully absorbed in whatever one is doing . Mindfulness is the art of being present. When our everyday life becomes stressful and distracted, mindfulness helps to restore our sense of balance.

It also enables us to be more naturally efficient and to access our inner resources.

"Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally." The advantages of mindfulness have been scientifically established and it is rapidly being appreciated by more and more people. Mindfulness is for everybody. We draw on current mindfulness teachings and the wisdom and know-how of the buddhist meditation tradition. Everybody is welcome!
