In this event, we are going to discuss the concept “non-attachment”. Based on the environment we grew up, past experience and your cognition situation, each of us probably understand it differently. The aim of discussion to not to convince one of the other, but to exchange one’s understanding, via which we might influence each other and after which we may revise our own understanding. This will be a mindful discussion.
Requirement: Be mindful (try our best) all through the event.
Schedule:
14:00 - 14:20: Welcome & Warmup
14:20 - 14:35: Meditation with the topic
14:35 - 15:00: Communication guided by the host
15:00 - 15:05: Short break
15:05 - 15:25: Meditation with less guide
15:25 - 15:55: Free mindful communication
16:00 Room closed.
Seats: To guarantee a nice environment for communication, we cap the number of attendees with a maximum number of 12 (currently).
Note: It is always good to be on time; but if you are late, please avoid coming in during the meditation time.
Fee: Currently it is totally free.
