Hello, everyone:

This event will help you pick up the skills of meditation by avoiding the pitfalls. This event is for everyone who is interested in practising mindfulness to deal with the issues in life (though such an expectation should not be held): if you are a newbie, you will learn the meditation techniques; if you are an adept meditator, just join me and do the meditation together.

In this event, we will share the meditation techniques and common pitfalls; share some philosophical thoughts and multiple perspectives on mindfulness. Most importantly, we will do the guided meditation together to experience it.

Meanwhile, we will have some discussions.

We hope, via a mindful and insightful discussion, each participant could understand his/her own mind better, develop new perspectives to reconcile the mind; so each one can better cope with bags of negative thought, the stress, dispute and urges in life (especially cross-culture life).

Seats: To guarantee a nice environment for meditation and communication, we cap the number of attendees with a maximum number of 12 (currently).

Fee: Currently it is totally free, there is a cafe close to the venue.
