What is Mindful Fitness? Mindful Fitness is a unique combination of spirituality, mindfulness and fitness training and coaching, designed to upgrade your energy and your life, helping you to raise your vibration and cultivate more peace and presence in your life so you can realise your true potential!

We offer:

- Online Group Sessions

- Group Coaching and Courses

- Premium 1:1 Coaching

On this meetup page you will be able to see information on, and sign up to, all our online group sessions.

In these sessions you will learn techniques that you can carry it over into all areas of your life allowing you to manifest more of what you truly desire into your life.

Besides all this you will get fitter and stronger in your body and mind and learn to manifest your goals, fitness related or otherwise!

The sessions will include meditation, breathwork, yoga, strength and conditioning, mindfulness training, positive and empowering conversations... all the good stuff in one place :)

This is the group for you if you are interested in getting physically fitter and also improving your mental well-being and manifesting more positivity into your life. This is an opportunity to get active, learn and practice mindfulness techniques and accelerate your spiritual awakening!

I am passionate about moving the body and stilling the mind. I believe that cultivating a connection between the mind, body and spirit can help you not only achieve better results in terms of your physical goals but lead to an overall improved level of happiness and fulfilment, besides more enjoyment throughout the process - because what's the point of doing something if you don't enjoy it?

The sessions are as follows:

Monday - Deep Stretch, Breath Work and Meditation

Tuesday - Hard Core and Stretching

Wednesday - Yoga Inspired Strength

Friday - High Vibe Friday

Saturday - Meditation and Intention Setting

Saturday - Energising Morning Yoga Flow
