This group is for mindfulness practitioners or those who like to embrace the present moment whilst in nature.
The meet ups will involve hill walking or long walks in nature, and other than practicalities, will be done mostly in silence; to savour and appreciate where we are and the present moment.
So often I see others (and have done so myself!) go walking somewhere truly beautiful yet due to conversations and busy dialogue, so much is missed, and I'd love to create a group of like-minded individuals who like to get together, practice savouring the moment, and can appreciate companionable silence together :)

- The pace we walk is steady and mindful; usually coinciding with the slower paced walkers in the group
