In this group, we'll practice mindfulness and empowered compassionate communication (based on non-violent communication), not only as tools to live healthier, less stressful, more connected lives, but also as a means of developing a wider beloved, empowered community, grounded in deep presence, compassion, and wisdom. We will have opportunities for guidance and practice, especially for those who are new to these modalities. We value learning and growing as whole human beings, not just intellectually, also largely from our hearts, and in ways that help us live more deeply into what we value. This is an engaged practice for us to experience together, as well as take with us in our 'outer lives.' For some of us, it is also an inspired practice of the soul & spirit, though others may prefer a more secular approach.
