Explore mindfulness, a powerful tool that can bring deeper realization and meaning to life. Mindfulness is not the same as meditation (https://www.getlessstress.com/2017/10/01/on-mindfulness-and-mountains/), however, meditation is a platform for establishing the skills for an effective mindfulness practice. Mindfulness finds its foundation on the breath. In this group, we discuss and practice the depths and intricacies of what mindfulness is all about. The limit is the universe, "Dao"; your limitations are set by you alone!

The FoCo Yoga Co-op

• What we'll do Welcome to our Thursday morning meditation. For all levels from beginner to advanced. We will have a group meditation along with discussion. Don't worry if you need to arrive late or leave early. • What to bring If you prefer a cushion, please bring your own cushion (BYOC). Otherwise, there are folding chairs and yoga mats. • Important to know The yoga studio is accessible from the parking lot. Use the door between the two buildings.
