Mindful She offers a safe, fun and spiritual space for the modern woman of NYC. Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcome. Freedom Rivera guides women to support each other, tap into their power and speak their truth. Join us and learn to declutter your mind and heart.
Typical agenda includes : - Meditation - Playfulness/Mindful Movement - A talk/activity on a specific topic - Circle Sharing

* Can I still attend the circle if I'm running late?
Yes you can. We ask you to please be mindful when entering the room by entering quietly specially during meditation. Also check in with the registration volunteer that evening before you leave. Thanks.
* What's the difference between a circle and a workshop?
Circles meets every first Saturday of the month. There is a typical agenda that we follow:
- Meditation- Mindful movement/playfulness
- A talk/activity on a specific topic (15-30 minutes).
- Sharing circle
A workshop is a paid event where EVERY activity is linked to the focus of the specific workshop.
