FREE Mindfulness & Wellness Lunchtime Sessions in Brisbane CBD
After a long break, Mindfulness Circle Brisbane is now back with FREE Mindfulness and Wellness lunch time sessions (12:00 - 12:45pm) in CBD. Take a break from your busy schedule and join our community of like minded people to practice mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and wellbeing activities. These sessions are designed to help you relax, destress and rejuvenate, so you can be the BEST version of yourself. We will have different practices to help you reset the day and find the JOY in everyday life. We have partnered with WeWork - 192 Central @ 310 Edward Street, Brisbane - and these sessions will take place fortnightly on Wednesdays. A free lunch will be provided by WeWork. Join our community Mindfulness sessions to learn about mindfulness and practice present moment awareness through different mindfulness exercises and guided meditations. Mindfulness can be very effective to reduce stress, anxiety and improve focused attention, happiness and overall well-being.
