Medicinal Mindfulness with Randall
This will be a unique, one of a kind mindfulness class, which will teach individuals how to use mindfulness practice to promote their own and other people's healing. Mindfulness practice can facilitate deep healing when used correctly. Mindfulness can be useful for treating anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD, IBS, GERD, stress-related illnesses, insomnia, addiction, autoimmune issues, MS, fibromyalgia, blood pressure issues, chronic pain, breathing difficulties, panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, over-eating and on and on. Join Randall Sokoloff on Tuesday evenings to practice using mindfulness for medicinal purposes. There will be a twenty-minute, guided mindfulness meditation, specific powerful techniques will be learned and practiced and there will be a brief discussion. The cost of this class will be $15.00. Randall Sokoloff has been practicing mindfulness for almost two decades. He has trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn and many other influential meditation teachers. Randall came to mindfulness because of his own struggles with anxiety, depression and panic disorder. Randall has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice for the past decade and currently owns Wake Up Mindfulness Studio along with his wife Tracie Sokoloff. Randall continues to work with individuals in private practice, helping them to better understand and utilizes mindfulness techniques. He also writes extensively on the subject of mindfulness and psychology.

So I decided to start this group, so that I could attempt to establish a community to practice mindfulness with. I am grateful that I did. One Breath At A Time Mindfulness Community is now Wake Up Mindfulness Studio located in downtown Claremont. Wake Up Mindfulness Studio was founded by Tracie and Randall Sokoloff. Randall is a Mindfulness Based Psychotherapist, Writer, Artist and Mindfulness Instructor. He has trained with pioneers in the field of mindfulness, such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Sharon Salzburg and Jack Kornfield. Tracie Sokoloff (Randall's wife), is also a Mindfulness Based Psychotherapist and a certified Yoga Instructor.
