This group provides an opportunity for a regular friendly get together for people interested in trying to live a more more mindful life.
We take inspiration from the religious, philosophical and scientific traditions of the world. All are welcome. We rejoice in diversity.
There is just a nominal charge for these evenings - €5 - to cover our use of the room that we are allowed to have for these sessions when we meet face to face.
