Free weekly Meditation Group on alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays
This practice is open to all. We welcome novice and experienced meditators. You do not have to be a member of Mindfulness Hamilton to attend. Our practices vary each week and usually we do approximately 3 practices between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm and then have time for discussion and questions until 7:45 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up. We meet every week on alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays. For specific dates please check our website (http://mindfulnesshamilton.ca/), or look through our posted events on Meetup. We don't meet if there is a major snowstorm or certain dates around Christmas but this information will be on the website.

Our Vision is to integrate mindfulness into the fabric of the Hamilton community.

Or Mission is to:

◾to promote greater interest in the development of mindfulness and the language of mindfulness across all sectors within the Hamilton community

◾to improve the cooperation, networking and resource-sharing between individuals, organizations and programs involved in mindfulness-based activities in Hamilton

◾to expand mindfulness programs and activities for the public at large
