We are a mindfulness- and compassion-based learning community. Learning how to apply the skills, tools and practices of mindfulness and compassion to our daily lives.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-Week Course
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) 8-Week Course

Drop-in classes:
Held at various locations and times in Scottsdale and Phoenix, when training courses are not in session.

If this will be your first-time with meditation, come get the instruction you need to get started.

If you haven’t meditated in a while, come get a boost of motivation.

If you have a consistent practice, come be energized and deepen your commitment to yourself.
