The pace of modern life is fast and full of challenging situations, most are unaware the fast pace leads to an increased heart rate and speed of thought. More and more people find a need to slow their thoughts down to find inner peace and happiness. Mindfulness and meditation can be an answer. Like anything new, mindfulness can be challenging to start with, this group is designed to give you the tools and confidence to get you over the initial hurdles.
The aim of these classes is to teach the foundational principles of mindfulness, its objectives and benefits, and how to implement mindfulness into your daily routine for inner peace, clarity, and inner strength. We have designed our classes to be as comfortable, practical, and straightforward as possible so that you can implement the exercises at home. We firmly believe in the benefits of mindfulness, our practice has helped us overcome numerous challenges, we now feel strongly called to encourage others on the benefits of mindfulness.
